As a mother of two teenagers and a busy working life, I know how hard it can be to show up for yourself and to carve out the time for you. I also know how important it is and how small habits over time can create pivotal change!

That's why I created the Women's Wellness Re-boot Programme. A four week holistic game changer. Designed to get you on the path to healing and vitality so you can be the very best version of yourself for you and those around you! Imagine a more energised, uplifted, calmer and positive version of yourself! As a wellness coach, yoga and barre teacher I have fused together all my teachings over the years to create this easy digestible formula and to set you up for the year ahead in the best way possible.

 

This is an in-person coaching programme for women.

Over four weeks we will work together to tackle your goals and devise the best personal wellness plan for you. This is a wellness coaching programme and can include yoga, yoga therapy, somatic yoga and the energising practice of barre. All delivered in one tailored package so you get to pick and choose what works best for you. Not only do we work together one to one but you get free access to my app with all wellness content for the duration of the programme!

Together we will pre-empt and navigate any potential hurdles along the way and set you on the path to freedom and inner peace.
